Les initiatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreuses ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pour redonner aux Namurois &#8211; et aux touristes &#8211; un lien avec l&rsquo;eau.\u00a0 Mais le point symbolique de la Confluence, au pied des murailles, au bord du fleuve et de la rivi\u00e8re, \u00e9tait jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce jour en attente d&rsquo;un projet ambitieux, qui fasse le lien entre la Citadelle et la vieille ville, et mette en valeur ce site naturel d&rsquo;exception.<\/span><span style=\"color: #202020; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #202020; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\nPour relever ce d\u00e9fi, et assurer un regard comp\u00e9tent et riche sur les projets propos\u00e9s, la Ville de Namur a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 en janvier dernier\u00a0:<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #202020;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">d&rsquo;organiser un concours d&rsquo;architecture et de travaux sur le principe d&rsquo;un march\u00e9 Concept &amp; Build\u00a0;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #202020;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">de confier \u00e0 un jury international, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Marcel Smets, la lourde t\u00e2che d&rsquo;analyser les projets re\u00e7us et de choisir celui qui dessinera le paysage de la confluence de demain.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #202020;
