Pour cela, les moyens sont mis en oeuvre ! Les subsides sont substantiellement augment\u00e9s et une nouvelle cat\u00e9gorie a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9dition 2019 voit la mise en place des 3 cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; -ms-text-size-adjust: 100%; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: open sans,helvetica neue,helvetica,arial,sans-serif;\">Les petits projets priv\u00e9s (max 3 logements ou autres affectations de moins de 300m\u00b2 ou projet mixte combinant les 2 crit\u00e8res);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; -ms-text-size-adjust: 100%; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: open sans,helvetica neue,helvetica,arial,sans-serif;\">Les grands projets priv\u00e9s (projets priv\u00e9s ne rentrant pas dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab petits projets \u00bb);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; -ms-text-size-adjust: 100%; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: open sans,helvetica neue,helvetica,arial,sans-serif;\">Les projets publics (quelle qu\u2019en soit la taille).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: open sans,helvetica neue,helvetica,arial,sans-serif;\">Les subsides pour la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab petits projets \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9s \u00e0 250\u20ac\/m\u00b2 (au lieu de 200\u20ac m\u00b2) avec un minimum de 32 500\u20ac par projet, dont 25 000\u20ac pour le ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage et 7 500\u20ac pour le concepteur.<br \/>\nLa nouvelle cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab grands projets priv\u00e9s \u00bb pr\u00e9voit des subsides de 150\u20ac\/m\u00b2 avec un minimum de 32 500\u20ac pouvant monter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 475 000\u20ac r\u00e9partis en 400 000\u20ac pour le ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage et 75 000\u20ac pour le concepteur.<br \/>\nLa cat\u00e9gorie projets publics pr\u00e9voit des subsides de 150\u20ac\/m\u00b2 sans minimum et pouvant aller jusque 250 000\u20ac.<\/span><\/span><\/span>be.exemplary a pour but de r\u00e9compenser les projets exemplaires et innovants. Tous les laur\u00e9ats seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s par le jury en fonction de l\u2019attention qu\u2019ils apportent aux diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9fis et de la coh\u00e9rence du projet dans ces choix. L\u2019important est d\u2019explorer, d\u2019innover m\u00eame si la performance maximale n\u2019est pas possible dans chacun des domaines. L\u2019objectif de l\u2019appel \u00e0 projets be.exemplary est avant tout d\u2019\u00eatre un laboratoire \u00e0 projets : il s\u2019agit d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter, d\u2019\u00eatre ambitieux et d\u2019innover. Alle laureaten zullen door de jury worden beoordeeld op basis van hun aandacht voor de verschillende uitdagingen en de samenhang van het project bij deze keuzes. De focus ligt op verkennen en innoveren, zelfs al is een maximale invulling van alle aspecten niet mogelijk. De projectoproep be.exemplary is in de eerste plaats een projectlaboratorium: het gaat om experimenteren, ambitieus zijn en innoveren.
