{"id":1848,"date":"2018-05-17T14:29:50","date_gmt":"2018-05-17T12:29:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/urbanistes.be\/cub\/?p=1848"},"modified":"2018-05-17T14:30:21","modified_gmt":"2018-05-17T12:30:21","slug":"modification-cobat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/urbanistes.be\/cub\/modification-cobat\/","title":{"rendered":"Modification Cobat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Source :\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/perspective.brussels\/fr\/actualites\/modification-du-cobat\">http:\/\/perspective.brussels\/fr\/actualites\/modification-du-cobat<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapeau\">Le Code Bruxellois de l&#8217;Am\u00e9nagement du Territoire, couramment appel\u00e9 CoBAT, constitue la base juridique des outils de l&#8217;urbanisme\u00a0 et de l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement du territoire pour l&#8217;ensemble de la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale.<\/p>\n<p>Une importante r\u00e9forme du\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/perspective.brussels\/fr\/plans-reglements-et-guides\/plans-reglementaires-et-strategiques\/code-bruxellois-de-lamenagement-du\">CoBAT<\/a>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 entreprise dans le but de rationaliser et de simplifier les proc\u00e9dures urbanistiques.
