Originalit\u00e9 du projet : le ma\u00eetre d&#8217;ouvrage souhaite travailler en<strong> pr\u00e9fabrication bois. Entrepreneurs et architectes<\/strong> sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 s&#8217;associer pour cr\u00e9er un projet qualitatif exploitant tous les avantages de cette technique.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet se d\u00e9veloppera sur la parcelle situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;<strong>angle de la rue au Bois et de la dr\u00e8ve des Br\u00fbl\u00e9s, \u00e0 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre<\/strong>. Le march\u00e9 vise \u00e0 d\u00e9signer une <strong>\u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire<\/strong> charg\u00e9e de la r\u00e9alisation des travaux, avec services accessoires de conception et de suivi de travaux. Outre une entreprise et un architecte, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe devra aussi comprendre un<strong> ing\u00e9nieur en stabilit\u00e9<\/strong>, un<strong> ing\u00e9nieur en techniques sp\u00e9ciales<\/strong>, un <strong>conseiller PEB<\/strong> et un <strong>coordinateur s\u00e9curit\u00e9-sant\u00e9<\/strong>. Ce type de Design &amp; Build implique le fait qu&#8217;un <strong>lien contractuel direct<\/strong> existe entre la SLRB et l&#8217;auteur de projet (voir points sur les honoraires et le d\u00e9fraiement).<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUDGET TRAVAUX<\/strong> : 1.914.234 euros HTVA.<br \/>\n<strong>TAUX DES HONORAIRES<\/strong> : 12 % du montant estim\u00e9 des travaux.<br \/>\n<strong>D\u00c9FRAIEMENT<\/strong>: 6.000 euros attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 chacune des 5 \u00e9quipes invit\u00e9es \u00e0 soumissionner, ayant d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une offre r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.
