Comment les politiques d\u2019am\u00e9nagement des r\u00e9gions belges se situent-elles par rapport aux pays europ\u00e9ens ? Le syst\u00e8me \u201cCopernicus\u201d, capable d\u2019observer la terre sous diff\u00e9rents angles, a permis de r\u00e9unir une information pr\u00e9cise sur la transformation du sol europ\u00e9en par b\u00e9tonnage (\u201csoil sealing\u201d). L\u2019EEA a travaill\u00e9 sur l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de ces donn\u00e9es. Elle a analys\u00e9 les facteurs qui influent sur l\u2019\u00e9talement urbain et en a \u00e9valu\u00e9 les effets pervers directs et indirects. Comment l\u2019Europe et ses programmes territoriaux peuvent-ils exercer une influence positive sur l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire europ\u00e9en ? Au niveau climatique, l’orateur indiquera les cons\u00e9quences du retrait des \u00c9tats-Unis de l’Accord de Paris.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hoe situeren zich de Belgische verschillende regionale ruimtelijke ordeningen in de Europese context? Het \u201cCopernicus\u201d systeem, dat de aarde vanuit een aantal standpunten observeert, laat nu toe nauwkeurige informatie te vergaren over de \u201cbetonering\u201d van Europa (“soil sealing”). Het EEA heeft aan de interpretatie van die gegevens gewerkt en een analyse gemaakt van de factoren die leiden tot meer of tot minder stadsuitbreiding. Het heeft de ecologische, economische en sociale effecten en neveneffecten ervan getoond. Wat kunnen de Europese instellingen en hun programma\u2019s om verbeteringen te bevorderen? In verband met klimaat zal de spreker zijn opinie mededelen over de beslissing van de Verenigde-staten zich uit het Parijs-Akkoord terug te trekken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
